I hope your summer is off to a great start and that you are finding time to be with your families and enjoying things you like to do.
I am writing to personally invite you to visit our newly-designed website at Abiding Word Ministries. We have tried to make changes people have suggested to make our website more user friendly.
Vic Smith has been writing blog articles about situations he encounters daily in his counseling. You will find all of Vic’s writings on the redesigned blog page. Our prayer is that they would encourage you if you are experiencing similar life circumstances.
We have also added more testimonial videos of people sharing how they have been helped through Abiding Word’s counseling. Please take a look at how lives have been changed through God’s mercies.
As we seek to minister to those in need, we ask if would you consider partnering with us to help others. Any gift is gratefully received and applied toward helping those who are unable to pay.
A gift of $300 pays for a scholarship of a six-week counseling session for someone in need. A donation of $75 helps cover the cost of one counseling session. In lieu of a one time gift, a monthly ongoing gift is also wonderful.
During 2017, we completed over 1,000 counseling session appointments. Many of those people were counseled at no cost. This can only have happened through the support of wonderful people like you.
Contributions can be made via check or through online donations. If you’re not prepared to give now, there are plenty of other ways that you can help—from referring a person in need of counseling or praying for the ministry.
